The 21 Project

The 21 Project is a Self-Help / Exploration book that I wrote while I was 21.

The journey began with a piece of paper and two questions:
How do I improve my performance?
How do I enhance my experience?

The Lucid Note

“A companion for your quest!”

I attempted create a better journal which inspired and organized your thoughts.

I went on the journey of creating a product and launching it on a crowdfunding platform.

Sadly, it didn’t pan out the way I hoped, but lot’s of lessons learned… and this is the story.

02. CURRENT PROJECTS.

Muse & Move

I am working on building a career in the health and wellness space, specifically yoga.

I teach vinyasa classes that are specifically targeted at answering meaningful questions.

I work on reaching people through channels of social media, including Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram.

I believe that the quality of our life is determined by the quality of questions that we ask.

The Yoga project began with a simple idea: let’s explore movement through our body AND mind. From that, I’ve began to develop vinyasa flows, what I call ViACE Vinyasas. These help physically challenge you and I to better understand ourselves. I believe when we work on ourselves, the adventurous, creative and exploratory part of our soul begins to flourish.

03. WINE AND CULINARY.

Salt Lake City – I worked at a specialty culinary retailer, the “Heartbeat of the Food Scene”, and was educated by experts on the topics of wines, spirits, beers and the foods that go along with them. I was part of the Utah Chocolate society and have been passionately exploring chocolate for the last few years.

New York – I’ve worked on the retail and promotion side of wines and liquors for the last few years, traveling all around upstate New York representing a large amount of brands. I also worked at a wine retailer for a few years where I attended multiple education seminars on the industry and products.

Worldwide – I am currently working for Seabourn Cruise lines, based out of Singapore, training as an assistant sommelier.

College – Westminster College, Bachelor Of Science, Entrepreneurship Marketing and Management.
